Delivery

 

If you aren’t able to collect your item, then we are happy to work with a courier to deliver to your home. If you are local, please contact us for a quote. Alternatively, we can suggest two options:

Courier Comparison Website (most cost-effective option)

 

You are able to use a courier comparison website such as Shiply, to deliver your item:

It is quick, easy and free to get quotes. You would only need the dimensions and the collection postcode (CV7 9EL). You are also able to message couriers and check that they can accommodate any requests you might have. You can also check courier feedback and whether their insurance has been verified.  Once you have a quote you are happy with, you can accept and the courier can then liaise with us regarding collection.

 

Proovia

 

Many of our customers have used Proovia to deliver their item. Simply enter the collection (CV7 9EL) and delivery postcode for an instant quote.  This may be a faster option, although quotes given are usually significantly higher than you will get using Shiply. You can choose an economy or a priority service where you specify the collection and delivery date and time:

Proovia also bid on Shiply and you may be able to get a cheaper quote from them there.

Collection

 

You are welcome to contact us and arrange a convenient time and date for you, or your chosen courier to collect your furniture from Coventry. We are just off J3 of the M6 and are very easily accessible.

We are open from Monday – Friday between 10am – 4pm for collections. Collections must be at a pre-arranged date and time so that we can ensure that the item is on our shop floor ready for collection.

 

We require a minimum of one full working day's notice to ensure that the item is at our main site and someone will be available to meet you.

 

If you are collecting the item yourself, please be sure that the piece will fit into your vehicle, as any damage to items during loading will be your responsibility.

 

We will be happy to give help when moving and loading items for both customers and third party couriers but please note this is at your own risk. By accepting assistance when loading, couriers and customers take full responsibility for any damage which may occur to the item.

 

We ask that items are collected within seven days of purchase due to limited storage space.
