Collections

 

You are more than welcome to contact us and arrange a convenient time and date for you, or your chosen courier to collect your furniture from Coventry. We are just off J3 of the M6 and are very easily accessible.

 

We are open from Monday – Friday between 10am – 4pm for collections. Collections must be at a pre-arranged date and time so that we can ensure that the item is on our shop floor ready for collection.

 

We require a minimum of two day's notice for collections to ensure that the item is at our main site.

 

Couriers must give us a two hour collection window and supply their own wrapping and packaging materials. We do not package items which are collected by customers or third party couriers so that the item can be clearly seen on collection and for insurance reasons. 

 

Please ensure that your items of furniture will be fully insured by your chosen courier as we can not be held responsible for any damage caused by third party couriers once the item of furniture has left our premises.

 

If you are collecting the item yourself, please be sure that the piece will fit into your vehicle, as any damage to items during loading will be your responsibility.

 

We will be happy to give help when moving and loading items for both customers and third party couriers but please note this is at your own risk. By accepting assistance when loading, couriers and customers take full responsibility for any damage which may occur to the item.

 

Collection must be within seven days of purchase, seven days of notification of an item being ready for collection or by the latest date given on the invoice. Unfortunately we are very limited for space and storage charges of £10 per day per item will need to be charged for collections any later than this. This isn’t a punitive measure, it is merely to cover our costs. We would much rather items be collected on time than have to charge these.
