Delivery and Returns


Can I collect an item of furniture myself?

Of course! Please give us at least two days' notice as not all of our furniture is kept at our main site. You are more than welcome to contact us by email or telephone to let us know that you will be collecting an item that you have bought, or you can also use our booking system. Collection must be within our opening hours.


Can I organise my own courier?

Yes. We ask couriers to arrange a time within our opening hours with a two hour collection window. This way we can ensure that there will be someone on site to assist the courier. We also require at least two days' notice as not all of our furniture is kept at our main site.

Please note that if you organise your own courier we can not be held responsible for any damage once the item of furniture has left our premises. Couriers must also supply their own protective materials such as bubble wrap, blankets and straps. Please check that they are happy to do this.

If you would like us to bubble wrap your purchase, please ask us for a quote.


Can you store an item for me?

We may be able to store furniture for customers for a small charge when this has been arranged before purchase. The small charge will depend on the size of the item,  availability of space and length of storage. Storage charges must be paid up front and are non-refundable.


Where items are not delivered by ourselves and storage has not been arranged beforehand, all items must be collected within a week of purchase (or completion for hand made items). Items collected after then are subject to storage charges of £5 per week. This is so that we can keep our prices as low as possible for our customers.





Colour choices


Can I choose my own paint colour?

Yes! We are proud to be able to offer you the choice of having the item of furniture that you have bought painted in any Farrow & Ball colour. There is an extra change for this service which is based on the size and intricacy of the item. This will also add an extra week to the delivery of your order.

Please note that as with all of our furniture, we only paint the outside surfaces, except for visible parts of glazed cupboards.





I am looking for something in particular that I can't see on your website. Can you source or make it for me?

The items of furniture that we have for sale on our website are only the tip of the iceberg and our range changes daily. We always have a large stock of unpainted furniture, so if there is something you are particularly looking for, please let us know as we could well already have it in stock.

 If we haven't, we may be able to source something for you. Please contact us and we will do our best to help.


Can you revamp an item of furniture that I own?

We do take commissions. Please Contact us for photos of previous Items we have done.

Can I come to view an item of furniture in your showroom?




How do I pay?

If you would like to pay online then we offer a secure online checkout where you can pay by card. We also accept bank transfers and cheques, although the cheque must have cleared before collection. Please contact us for our bank details. If you would like to come and view the item of furniture that you are interested in and pay while you are there, then please pay us in cash as we do not have a card machine on site.
