Beautiful antique solid pine double-door wardrobe/cupboard with wonderful natural colour, character and patina.
 
This is a substantial traditional piece featuring two panelled doors, decorative carved detailing to the upper corners, moulded cornice and an attractive shaped plinth base. The warm pine has developed plenty of character over the years, with knots, marks and variations in colour that give it an authentic aged appearance.
 
The doors retain their decorative metal escutcheons and original-style working key, which is included.
 
Inside is a generous full-width storage space. This piece has a wooden rail at the top to store clothes. It also has shelf supports to both sides. This makes it a very versatile piece that could be used as a wardrobe or converted to a linen cupboard, pantry, kitchen storage cupboard or hallway cabinet, depending on what is needed.
