The chest has six useful drawers with distinctive recessed circular handles and stands on slender tapered legs, giving it an attractive retro appearance.
 
The set clearly shows the Schreiber manufacturer's mark.
 
Please note that this is a well-used vintage piece and does show a number of marks, scratches and signs of wear throughout. The top in particular has quite noticeable marking, discolouration and wear to the finish, as shown in the photographs. It is therefore being sold in used condition rather than as an immaculate example.
 
Despite the cosmetic wear, it remains a very attractive piece of vintage Schreiber furniture and would be ideal for someone looking for an authentic mid-century piece, or alternatively as a good candidate for restoration/refinishing.
