A wonderful antique pitch pine sideboard, believed to date from the late Victorian period, with a lovely warm golden colour and particularly attractive grain throughout.

Offering an excellent amount of storage, the sideboard features three generous drawers alongside a panelled cupboard with an internal shelf. The cupboard has a small cable opening which has previously been cut into the back, making the piece particularly well suited for use as a characterful TV/media unit as well as a traditional sideboard.

The pitch pine has developed a lovely aged appearance with plenty of natural grain, knots, colour variation and patina. The drawers are fitted with decorative metal handles and the cupboard retains an attractive decorative latch.

As you would expect from an antique piece, there are various marks, knocks, scratches, old repairs and signs of previous use throughout. These form part of its character and aged appearance.
